Was hiccuping, and now will not start....

Hi all,
Had the micra for a wee while now, and after a couple of months it developed a very minor hiccup at about 50mph ish....Soon started happening at low speeds also 5mph and below

Cars been of getting caged, etc and they've rung up saying that the car now wont start at all. We're both thinking it could be fuel related? Fuel pump dodgy or maybe blocked fuel line/filter?
Whats all your thoughts on what it could be?
Ta

Tbh never been near a dizzy... :/ will have a poke around when the cars home, ta :)
Am having same problems my car don't start up ? I have changed the dizzy plugs and spark still same ? Changed fuel pump for gti one still nothing ?

What can cause it ? I mean any sensors or muck inside ? Or just replaced it ?

Well the reason it wouldn't start was due to the cut off cord being badly plumbed in (my fault)
And the bad running was due to a dodgy throttle body so got a new one for 30 quid

I'm not a mechanic, just a driver who can sometimes fix it myself... I think, seeing as everyone on here seems to have exhausted there knowledge, will be to find a local garage to give you a hand

facelift have that dramatic maf meter failure more than pre facelift engines.

known fail issue's with precoil pack

1- engine bay fuse hairline cracks to look for
2- fuel pump failing
3- ignition switch chewed up inside
4- coolant temp sensor---causing flooding
5- dodgy driver--car refuses him out rightly :)
