Wanted - sunroof and front bumper

Wanted a sunroof for a Super S K11 1994 (pop-up type sunroof and not slide back type). Secondly, also required SR/Super S front bumper with foglights.

I have a 1994 Micra Super S breaking, I still have the sunroof, but have no idea how to remove it..

Hope i can help.. oh yeah and plus i still have the front bumper left from my Super S, someone is on dibs at the mo if he drops out of the sale ill pass it on to you...
