Wanted: Steering rack 83-84

I need a complete steering rack from a 1983 or 1984 K10 micra.
Its to fit a quick rack kit to, so must be an original 83-84 one, not a replacement one (the 1985 onwards racks are interchangeable but use different internal parts).
If anyone has one lying around or has seen an early micra in a breakers near them, I’d be very interested to hear.

I cant remember now. Some motorsport supplies place that was clearing out old stock. Possibly TAS before they disappeared.

Its a replacement rack and pinion that I have to insert into a rack casing from an early (1983 it says on the box) micra with the tie rods to match.

The quick rack is on the left with a male thread on the end. A standard K10 rack is on the right, as you can see it has a female thread in the end that matches the male thread of the tie rod (bottom).

Can anyone help? Even a worn out one would be useful.
