umm im not sure on postage i payed 30 for the engine so 35 and i will work out postage price

Might be able to manage that depending on postage was the engine in good condition? Hadn't been run dry of oil or anything?

engine was on 60k got it for 30 cus bought the box and he was to lazy to seperate the two car was a friends so heard it run good im looking at restricted stuff is cams an article of iron and steel http://www.royalmail.com/irish-republic im already confused
