Very silly question from a first-time Micra owner...

Hello.

Today (at the grand old age of almost 29) I bought not only my first Micra but my first ever car. Exciting times.

When I was looking at the car, there was some sort of flap in the boot which, when I asked the dealer what it was for, he replied 'It's to put your shopping in and that (innit)' but said he didn't know how it attached to allow you to do this. My boyf, who is a massive car geek, didn't know how it worked either so can somebody please tell me how I attach this flap and what it's function is please?!

Do you mean the flap on the parcel shelf to the rear seat? If so that is there for when you push the rear seats forward the contents of the boot remain hidden.

Ohh and it attaches to the rear seat by clips on each side and to the back of the seat there are two slots they push in to (if this is indeed the flap you are refering to??!!)

I believe Vitus has it - I can't think of any other flap in the boot...
