Cars been in garage for couple of hours today,new headlamps needed checking/adjusting and asked for once over on the exhaust as was a home fit,cat-tail drop and replace recently. Back box was blowing a little so that's been all tightened up nicely,and they dicovered a hole in the centre pipe. They looked over for source of the noise I mentioned and couldn't find a cause. Plan is take car on a good run tomorrow to see if the hole was indeed the cause to begin with.
