Unusual cv joints help

I took my car to the garage last week to have the lower wishbone and ball joint replaced and I need the cb joint replacement also as it makes a awful crunching noice , the mechanic told me I need a 19 inner tooth by 23 outer ,

However everybody else has 22 by 23

Anyone got any tips or advise ?

Please help
