The 50 profile will give you the correct rolling radius and speed reading with 185's.

I'm now very lost !
I've already got 185/60/14 so they do fit .
I just want a tyre size that would give me the stretched look on my 14" wheels

What width are your wheels? Any thing under 7" wide and you'll be needing 145 or 155 wide to get them looking stretched rather than just square. Also, unless the wheel outer rim is flush or poking out past the arch lip, you don't need stretch anyway.
There's a link in my Sig, but there are quite a few pics of different size tyres on 6 and 7 inch wide rims (all be it in 13" dia), on my turquoise lx blog.
www.willtheyfit.com as Euno suggested is great, but in my experience over ecagerates the stretch a bit, and will allow you to pick tyre sizes that don't actually exist. Also have a look at tyrestretch.com to see other people's wheel and tyre combinations.
