Tyre size question

Basically will 5mm (or is it % ??) make a difference in profile size?

The car now has 165/60/14 but for some bizzare reason the same tyre in 165/65/14 is £13 cheaper.

165/60/14 £45
165/65/14 £32

Thats like a £50 saving on all four!!!

the 65 is a percentage of 165, and the lower the percentage, the more the tyres cost.

go for the smaller tyre, it maybe alittle more, but looks alot nicer
