tyre size ok?

i bought some alloys today when look realised two have 175/70/13 and two have 175/60/13
is that ok? to have differnt sizes?
and if so which would go on front?

If i remember, each axle must have the same size by law, so both 175/70/13 on the back and both 175/60/13 on the front.
