Trying to startup k10 - not run for 20 years

Hi I'm new to this forum,
We've recently recovered an old 1.0 litre k10 from a relatives back garden which hasn't run for around 20 years and I thought i'd have a go trying to get it running next weekend. I don't really know my way around the transverse engines but I realise they're pretty simple. It's definately seized, can anybody give me some advice on how I could get it turning over again. I don't really want to be taking the engine apart at this stage, but I have been told to take out the spark plugs and spray some WD 40 down the wells. Any thoughts? Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you managed to get it started & rolling yet ?? - If not give me a shout

Firstly oil change
Then try turn with a good ratchet at the crank bolt on main pulley try rotate the engine internals by hand to free them up,
Add fresh fuel
Battery
Plugs
And drop sum fuel down the carb

Attempt to start
But do not try start unless your able to rotate the engine by ratchet at the crank bolt first
If you can’t do it by hand then don’t try by key

Maybe leave oil change untill after you try to turn by hand if you free it up by hand then do your oil, plug and fuel change
