Trashed camshaft

Well, my exaust camshaft has a trashed bearing so... I does anyone know of this is fixable?
If not, I have some 1.0 cams (this is a 1.3 engine), does someone have run with 1.3 intake cam and 1.0 exaust cam?

looks like the oil gallery is blocked ? and yes it will run fine with a 1.0 cam

Yes frank oil gallery blocked after head port andnot cleaning it enough... But in terms of power, intake 1.3 and exaust 1.0?

you will hardly notice the power difference mate
