To buy or not to buy high mileage nissan micra se 1.2 2005

Hi any advice would be much appreciated I have fallen in love with a nissan. Micra 1.2 se 2005, the only thing is it has 144,000 on clock. Apparently it's been well maintained. I don't do a great deal of driving anyway. Would you avoid it or is this how good micra's scan be?

Can you not just find another with lower miles? there are plenty out there

Wouldnt go for one with that mileage unless its half price.
If it were a k11 that"s a different story.
