Ticking at idle speed after service.

I've serviced my car today and its developed a ticking noise when idling, its done 44k and has signs of being serviced and not completely abused or neglected. The ticking noise is there from idle speed until about 1500 rpm and only appears when engine is warm. My biggest fear is the timing chain has gone but hopefully thats me being negative has anyone had a similar issue.

Can you record it? With some more people that know stuff that perhaps can be said by internet. And for if you are concerned you should not drive it. Sr20 owner though I don't expect it from Cg engine but yes is possible. Check oil level and more important correct oil grade for starters

Sorry about the long link but my video is on YouTube the oil grade is correct at 10w40 and is at the top level.
