Does the 1.0 ltr engine have a thermostat gasket ? The stat has a rubber seal around it,but I cant see how that would seal the stat cover.I'm using Blue Gasket Goo at the moment,but have a 'drip'.

i have the same issue with my missus mondeo, the thermostat came with only the rubber seal. Im going to remove the housing and use some industrial loctite sealer or if that doesnt work radweld or set fire to it lolgrr
