taking k12 drivers door panel off help needed

Hi all,
anyone got pics on how to do this, there is an annoying rattle coming from inside the door, driving me nuts!!!

hi there mate got your pm last night but didn`t have chance to reply what exactly would you like pictures of or what part are you having trouble with an i will try and get some tomorrow

also you say there is an annoying rattle well there`s not much actually hidden behind the panels are you having any problems with the locks or windows ?

gotta get the panel off and check inside the door but dont know where to start and dont want to stuff the window seals etc, so some pics would be brilliant,there is definately something rattling around in there and its driving me nuts!!, hinges, locks, mirrors, windows, speakers, handles all seem fine from the outside!
