Tailgate handle

Hi folks, I'm in need of a replacement tailgate handle for my wife's pride and joy.

I've mailed a couple of breakers and have tried googlefu.

Any suggestions, or do you know where else I can get one?

I have had a look at the links from the sticky posts, but they seem to be for mods/body kits rather than straight replacement parts.
