I just bought a tachometer for my K11 '95. Where would i find my negative ignition coil? is it in the steering column somewhere or in the distributor? Very confused!! Pics would help if you have any! Thanks

mine,s wired to the blue wire that goes to the dizzy jon (or else tap into the blue/black signal wire on the ecu, pinout # 2)

so do i take the dizzy cap off or find the blue wire in the load of wires going to it?

iirc jon there,s a big plug and a smaller one going to the dizzy, and its one of the 2 wires attached to the smaller plug

for a tacho I use the blue wire from dizzy or a bit further back in the loom as it's easier to strip the cable here.

But my wideband wasn't sensitive enough to the pulse from it and had to take it from the ECU, from the base of power transistor.
