syphoning petrol from micra

hi guys.
I filled tank and two days later the car died on me. can't get it fixed untill after crimbo, so i need to syphon petrol out to put it in my other car , whats the best and easiest way to do it ?.

you should be able to get at the tank from under the rear seats. thats the way i've always done it.
Don't forget to take some chewing gum with you

Don't do it the way I don't it, fuel pipe off the filter disconnect the spark plugs and prime the the car takes bloody ages and killed 2 batteries

maybe disconnect the big main filler pipe from the fuel tank and let it pour into a bucket/fuel can underneath? may not get every little drop but most of it gets out.

also might be better results jacking the rear RH higher to tilt the tank and getting more fuel out

haha happened to my dads rover.... filled it up 50litres and then crashed it down the road.... literally pumped it out with the cars fuel pump with a bit of hose lol
