Suspension Lowering Help

Right, I could do with some help please.

I have a 1998 S Reg Micra Twister. I want to lower the suspension and have found these:

Just wondered what the best way of fitting them would be? Is it best to take it to a garage and if so how much do you reckon they'd charge?

buy some spring compressors and have a go yourself, you'll need something like these, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BERGEN-TOOLS-...ryZ30917QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem it's not a difficult job and can be done with a minimal amount of tools.
