what is a strut brace and whats the point of them? do i need to have modified my suspension to fit one?

Strut Brace is meant to add stability to the front suspension, it is questionable whether it's any use on everyday driving but I've found it's made a difference at cornering at higher speeds

fitting a strut brace to mine made a huge difference, i already had the bilstein streetline kit fitted thought
