strut brace

does any one know if a k11 trut brace will fit onto a k10 with easy modification?

and

has any one heard of jamex lowering springs, are they any good?

There's a K10 brace on Ebay at the moment.

& yes, a K11 brace will fit. Make it shorter i think and redrill some new holes, but you could do that to any strut brace.

didnt ed put a k11 king dragon racing strut brace on his k10 without modding it?

the one on ebay gets in the way of the air box, any thing i can do about this?

how would you make the brace shorter??

fair enough, does any one know how to solve the air box problem? suppose i coujld fit an induction kit or something like that?

arnold just out of interest where did you get your strut brace?? if it wasnt a k10 one then what was it for?

I swear i've seen that strut brace fitted over the air pan, as it used to belong to Debasser!

And i imported mine from Japan. Cost about £130ish lol

if thats the same brace as what i have by the looks of it, you can fit the airbox perfectly fine no rubbing or anything loads of room

if its the same as mine was it clamps down onto the air box and slightly fould on the lil plastic cover on the wiper motor

Yes as alex says, mine knocks against the air filter but is a reasonably nice fit.

Seems to make more difference in the wet than in the dry, no idea why.

wow mine has loads of room under the brace to move the air pan in and out, and it is barely close to the wiper motor
