I got a leather steering wheel from a wrecked '91 Nissan 300ZX. I had to make some modifications to the Horn contact and steering column covers. It sure is a lot nicer than the standard.

My half A((( solution was to keep the massive K10 wheel (for good mechanical advantage whise steering since theres no steeering pump) and wrap it with a million layers of gumf to thiccken it up...lol


I should take a photo...but roughly I have


foam bike handlebar tape ( I saw another like this in a recent photo on here?)
then a fake leather cover with plastic stitching....
then finally a 'tyre' style halforde smooth cover..


the result is a handfull of wheel that is TONNES easier to turn compares with the skinny wire one...lol
