Bit of a weird one this - perhaps - however our 1.0l K11 makes a strange rattling when driving either under full lock from standstill or when turning left hard at low speeds. I can't feel the rattle through the steering column and the noise appears louder inside the cabin than it does outside. Pressing the clutch to identify whether or not it does this with it disengaged is difficult and I can't say one way or another however it certainly wants to rattle when the accelerator is pressed.
The type of rattle is similar to that of clutch plates rattling at low speed and high gear, like trying to take out of a roundabout in 4th. We can't find anything loose or out of place and no fluids being dropped. Any ideas before we have to throw money into the hole?
