hey mates just wondering how to view my steering rack to make sure its the bushings thats gone bad

its me again i went to a good friend and we tested the rack and he told me its the bushes that have gone bad now my problem is where do i get those bushes and if i can handle the job on my own.... ANY SUGGESTION??
