Starting Problem

Please I need help my micra 1998 does not start.

When I stoped it before I tried it in the morning the petrol was on red. I added 10 liters fuel and cranked the engine for about 15 sec, no success.

The battery is ok, fuel pump is running ok, There was NO SMOKE DISCHARG.

The starting motor runs good.

i usually pour a bit of petrol down the throttle body as a first step and if that does,nt work i,d take a plug out and check for a spark
