Started MMA fighting last night in Milton Keynes, not sure if anyones interested but i felt like posting...lol...

Spent an hour and half there last night got a squashed nose, bruised arms and ribs learned some good techniques it was brilliant going again tuesday hopefully the bruising will be gone by then.

Real life fight club eh, good stuff whatever you do, practice the guard position lol!!
