stalling problem !!

i got a problem, when the engine has walmed up (after bout 10-15min) every time i drop the clutch to change down gears the engine turns off but when i bring the clutch up into gear it omes bk on? (unless i stop at a junction then it needs turning over again) when this happens the car is bellow idle and stuggles to tick over and then cuts out eventually

sounds like its running too rich daz, faulty lambda or coolant temp sensor ?

Id go with a new throttle body from a scrappy.

Not sure how much, but it should just bolt on?
