Matt is a Seat Dealership ( www.humphrisoxford.co.uk ) although he rallies a k11. The eibach pilot springs were developed when Eibach and Bilstein were as one company (if i remember correctly) for NME.
The offical lowering height is 35mm but mine and other peoples look lower than this.

Thanks for the plug Mike, I have serveral sets of these lowering springs and I have now aquired serveral sets of the Bilstein dampers to go with the springs if anyone is interested. They are NOT same as the NME Micra challenge rally suspension set up as advertised on Ebay. These are designed for fast road use as the suspension travel is not as long as the rally dampers and they are a lot small in diameter than the rally dampers.
