Splitter needs cutting down and generally tidying up.

tidy up as in a sanding down? what car is the splitter from?

from a Renault megane, it has a lip on the bottom of it that looks like it's been scuffed on a curb from whoever had the car before the scrappy, but should be fine if sanded off.
