Realistically speaking, would these make any difference?

Obviosly if your doing some serious mods you may as well, but on their own?

The spark is made by the sum of it's parts. The leads, dizzy cap, rotor arm, spark plugs. Changing one of these will do diddly squat!! The spark is only as strong as the weakest component!

makes no difference at all. I had a set of performance leads and makes no noticeable difference to performance.

Especially on a micra

Performance leads would probably help with reliability. Halfrauds leads used to give me so much grief, that when i got Magnecor ones, all my winter related problems had gone.

i think leads are more inportant than the plugs, the leads get hot/cold, wet dry etc, and they are only protected with a thin bit of rubber! the plugs are deep in the motor so they dont really get wet and are ceramic coated so heat etc dont bother them. leads will make more difference than plugs... and DONT get halfrauds BOSCHE leads. one plug cap actually fell off when i removed the leads from my car (they were new, made it run bad, so i was putting the nissan ones back on). get magnecor as alan said!!
