Speedo cluster removal help please

Hi guys
I need to pop the speedo cluster out to get at the LEDs in my daughter’s 05 micra.
All I could find online was a video where a guy first took off the ignition cowl where the key goes in.... I couldn’t see how this would help.
Anyone got any advice?
