Sill repair/replacement

How easy is it to replace the sills? Looked at a car today and the sills are rusty and started to go.Just wondered how much work there is involved and how much it'd cost?

got a quote from a garage up here and the quoted me £30 a side

no just the fitting.can do the rest meself

depending how bad the sill is you can get it plated up....my drivers sill isnt too good at the moment its quickly on it way out, so iam gonna be getting mine plated i think. tbh dont think they last long tho! tbh would pass MOT and abit.
