Side Mirror Removal: How?

Gud amy guys sorry for asking this question but how do you remove or tighten the bolts / screws for the side mirrors also where can i find them?

pics are gladly appreciated.

mine vibrates so much and it makes irritating noises..

pull the trim off the inside of door by hand, then you can see them

thanks rudy for the tip... anyway mine is electronic side mirrors. but i guess the mounts are pretty much the same...
