Should I change my CVT fluid?

Hi. My CVT gearbox seems to be working fine but 60,000 miles and no evidence the fluid has ever been changed. Apparently my local Nissan dealer can do it. I've heard that replacing the fluid on old auto transmissions can cause malfunctions due to new stuff being too thin but not sure it applies to CVTs.

If you fluid isn't in bad condition yet it won't cause any harm. Changing the fluid only causes damage when it's basically too late already.
