Servicing help!

My Micra needs a service soon and I've got a few questions I need a bit of help with. My Micra is a J reg 91 1.2 auto.

Firstly can I buy a service kit with all the filters,dizzy cap,plugs etc in? If so where from?

Secondly how much fluid do I need as the Haynes manual is very confusing but it states these figures.

Coolant 5.5 litres
Engine oil-2.8 litres
Automatic transmission fluid- 6 litres
Brake fluid?

Nissan do service kits but i dont think they come with a dizzy cap.

brake fluid i would just keep adding untill all is bled through and topped up as it depends how much has dripped away in the bleeding process, quite aq lot if your me!
