Service time...... whats best

Time to service my 1.0l. Just wondering would it be worth putting Splitfire Twin Core Ignition Leads and better plugs such as Denso Iridium Tough Spark Plugs or Denso Power Pack Spark Plugs. They say the improve acceleration and fuel consumption, anyone know if its true ?
Also whats best in a air filter, k&n panel filter ?

I wouldn't bother with the HT leads. The Stock nissan ones are probably the best for the car.

Better plugs can't hurt though. And as for panel filter, K&N, or some people use the green cotton ones.

Don't forget oil, oil filter and fuel filter

There is a post here were ppl state K&N filters are the worst ones availiable. Go for green cotton, i read WRC teams use those...(Y)

I've got an ITG. You do need to clean it though....

Also, NGK spark plugs are perfectly capable for what you need. No point spending more on spark plugs

You should think about how much performance your actually going to get from spending all that extra money. I can get an air,oil and fuel filter, oil and plugs for less than the price of 1 k&n/green panel filter, and a set of fancy spark plugs is going to give you basically nothing over a set of normal ngk's.

i payed i think it was 100 quid for my itg, yeah you still need to clean them alright.
