Scanner?

Scotty Kilmer, the living saint, is always talking about buying a scanner, to give info when things go wrong.

Is it worth buying a scanner for this model, any use?

I believe you can get a bluetooth one that connects to an app on your phone now

Depends what connectors they have, they only standardised them around the year 2000 in the UK, Americans and Japanese auto manufacturers had it done around 1995, there's a wikipedia article about it somewhere for the exact dates
