Does the k12 have a reverse light fuse and if so where is it please?

Yes, under head light, in really convenient location!
Can't remember left or right side of vehicle, please check from interweb...

Have you checked with multi-meter that you have 12V at socket of reverse light and bulb is ok?
Naturally you need to have transmission on reverse...!

Bulb can be damaged, even it 'looks' good.
Also on this, multi-meter tells you the reality. Or wrench/screwdriver/battery/ can be used to check the bulb.
Basic principal, to check voltage and bulb first, before checking a fuse...

Volts and bulb good, then it’s most likely switch.

Tried 3 bulbs, volts and wiring looks good, parking sensor works, reverse bulb doesn’t? Could it be reverse switch then but I didn’t think parking sensors would work if switch is faulty?

Have you checked/cleaned 'REVERSE LP' 10A fuse?

Now when you mentioned, it could be damaged ground connection on galvanized metal 'circuit board', which is holding bulbs.
I added additional ground wire to mine right rear turn signal years ago, and turn bulb started to work normally.

Fixed, swapped the bulb holder from another scraped Micra and it works!!
