Retro Fit Power Steering

Hi all,

I am new to this club so first hi to everybody.

I used to own a k11 red micra a couple of years ago (i went from a 300zx to the micra!). To be honest i loved the car but i have since moved no to a different car now.

I am posting because i have the chance to buy a k11 for my girlfriend. Its sounds like a cracking example. Its like new with only 5k miles on the clock. But it doesnt have power steering.

Can power steering be retro fitted and if so, how easy is it to do it?

note: my 1998 slx with PAS had a different size steering shaft to my non-PAS 1993 slx.
if the PAS rack joint is different to ur non-PAS shaft then you'd also have to swap the columns, plus the steering lock mech cos they're securely bolted to the column assembly.
