Restoring a K11 - Insurance Question

If you found a 1.0 Micra (k11) - which was intact bar the engine bay due to an engine fire...

and decided to rebuild it but put a 1.4 engine in instead and converted it from an automatic to a manual...

would insurers still kick up a fuss about it being 'modded'?

even if it was standard and no performance parts were added?

they would class it as modded as you'd be getting 350cc extra and about an extra 23bhp. an engine converson is classed as a modification
