Replacing front grill

Hi, im looking to replace my nasty looking grill on my Micra. K12. 2003.

Will the newer 2009 grills fit on the 2003 model? or if anyone can recommend a nice looking one?

NISMO ones a PIA as the indicator bulbs and holders are completely different.

Yes the the face-lifted ones fit straight on. Did it to our ages ago (mod'ed them a little first too).
