Replacement Track Rod

Is it possible to get a replacement track rod alone or do I need to buy the "steering rack".

I don't even know what on earth the steering rack includes so I'm sorry if thats a stupid question. But I need a tracking rod as its bent and I've not found anywhere able selling it. So far I've only come across people selling steering racks.

P.S - How hard is it to replace a steering rack? :kungfu:
