Removing side windows

As per the title how do you remove the side window glass (and keep it in one piece). The front ones should be ok, but it is the rears which seem hard work. It is a '95 3-door shell. Do i just push really hard on the glass ? Or do i need to remove something first ?

you have to flick/push the rubber from the inside matt, starting at the rear top curve, and while pushing the glass nudge the rubber further and further

Thanks - worked a treat. Easy to remove them - a darn sight harder to refit though......

nah, you run a cord around the rubber and push the glass and rubber against the body, then pull the cord
