Removing MAF from the throttle housing

Can anybody advise me of what tool I would need to remove the MAF from the throttle body housing on my Micra, the bolts holdong it in place appears to be a pentagon shape with a point in the middle, i have been given a number different types of bits none seem to fit, is it something specific only used on nissans? any help would be very welcome. thanks.
