Good Morning. The battery went flat on my K12 2006 so I had to open it with the passenger door key. After charging the battery the car started ok but the hazards flashed continuously and the central locking only worked intermittently. I plugged in a wire in the boot to what looks like a ‘siren’ (after watching a you tube video) and the hazards are back to normal. However now I have to wait 2 minutes between locking and unlocking. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
