relay fuse help, ignition distributor

i have no power going from distributor, changed cap and arm, could anyone tell me what fuses and relays to check befor buying a new dizzy and anything else that i should check first, dont want to fork out for a dizzy to find its only a relay or fuse but my manual does not tell me what the relays are(2 blue 1 black under bonnet and 3 blue under dash

also found this thread regarding checking voltages, may seem dumb but what settings do i need my multimeter on to do this?? another i saw for coil was 200 ohms but if im just checking fo 12v and 0-5 fluctuating what should i have multimeter set too??? help please! new dizzy on way so want to check this one and relays first, been theough all fuses and seem ok!
