hey guys is if ok for me to use red ex engine flush on my k11 t reg with cat exhaust

so would you not use it? i dont think its good to use it because of all the chemicals they put in want do the seals any good.

my old CGA engine had really really bad black gunge inside manny, i would use flush in that but otherwise no

its done about 88k its a 1.0 litre and i will be giving it a service this week

when doing my oil, when ive drained the old oil, i leave the pan under the car and let the jack down so the car is sitting level on its wheels again and pour around half a liter of new oil and let it run straight back out again to make sure you get most of the old dirty oil out, its probably as cheap as the red ex if that advice is any good to you
