Rear Springs change ---------

Roughly timewise, how long to change the rear springs? has anyone timed it??

Is that from jacking the car up to putting it back down?

yeah, jack up, take wheels off, cup of tea and start and back down !

if you get time doing it then it was illegal

without panyard rod loosen'd one side you'd have to push the axle down with foot and pull spring out force fully,at either side

eh? i never had to losen any panhard rod R-REG-SR, i just jacked up on side, losen the top bolt mounts and jacked up till the springs say hello mate... change me now!!!

I did mines the other day, loosen wheel nuts, jack car up as high as poss from rear tow eye, remove wheels, remove bottom strut bolt, push down on axle and wedge spring out

Stani, cant remember the life of me, but what size bolt is the bottom strut bolt?

mine were 17mm mate

Yeah i think there all 17mm as it goes, mmmmm i may have to sort my complete suspension out next week, put new springs in!!
