Kev Pro Cut Vinyl Founding Member Official MSC Trader Mar 18, 2008 #2 there quite easy to make to be honest. Just cut out the hole for the recess, use the piece cut out to form the recess, fibreglass it in, smooth the curved edges inside, job done. obviously take a little work, but can be done. Kev

OP OP Robert Ex. Club Member Mar 18, 2008 #3 It's a whole lot easier to take one from another car and stick it into my bumper though.. And the bit i cut out wouldn't be much good for the back of the recess because of the bumpers curve.
